For more than 20 years, Larry Pioli has developed and managed commercial and residential projects in Florida, including retail shopping centers, commercial office buildings, and industrial parks. As an area resident for 34 years, Larry has extensive knowledge of Tampa Bay and its surrounding areas, and understands the demographics, growth trends and environmental issues which affect commercial property construction in the area. Responsible for overseeing the construction, design, and management of its buildings, Pioli is constantly scouting new and exciting locations for Renaissance Properties’ clients.

Fred Cardinale is a practicing CPA and Certified Financial Planner with a residential and commercial mortgage broker’s license in Florida. Over the last 30 years, Fred has developed and managed his own commercial office projects in the state of New York, supplementing his financial knowledge with actual real estate experience. His knowledge of the financial aspects of real estate purchasing includes Lease VS Buy, creative financing, IRC Sec. 1031 exchanges, and cash flow management. As Renaissance Properties’ accountant and financial advisor, he is available to counsel all clients on the financial implications of their purchase or lease.
